Groundbreaking Ceremony
DuPont has initiated the construction of a new MOLYKOTE® specialty lubricants manufacturing plant in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province, China. The groundbreaking ceremony marks a significant step in expanding global capacity and enhancing customer responsiveness.
Operational Timeline
The new facility, located in the Yangtze River International Chemical Industrial Park within the Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone, is scheduled to become operational by early 2027.
Strategic Investment
This investment aims to meet the growing demand for advanced lubricants in sectors such as transportation, industrial, energy, and electronics in China. The plant will enable shorter lead times, increased agility, and stronger collaboration with local customers.
