Deal scope
Brenntag and dsm‑firmenich signed a global distribution agreement and long‑term strategic partnership to commercialise dsm‑firmenich’s Biopharma‑grade vitamin portfolio under the co‑brand BYPHAR powered by Biond™. Brenntag receives exclusive distribution rights across major biopharma regions: North America, LATAM, Europe, MEA and APAC.
Product range
Eight B‑vitamin products will be available in multiple pack sizes: Niacinamide (B3), Folic Acid (B9), Cyanocobalamin (B12), D‑Panthenol (B5), Thiamine Hydrochloride (B1), Riboflavin 5'‑Phosphate (B2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6) and D‑Biotin (B7), all in the Biond™ Ph Excel series.
