Appointment Announcement

Nikeisha van Sleeuwen has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of dsm-firmenich, effective April 1, 2026. She will report directly to CEO Dimitri de Vreeze and join the Executive Committee.

Van Sleeuwen previously held the position of SVP HR for the Animal Nutrition & Health business, where she collaborated with executives to enhance organizational performance, growth, and transformation.

She holds academic credentials from Ramapo College of New Jersey and Cornell ILR. A Jamaican-American national, van Sleeuwen joined dsm-firmenich nearly 20 years ago.
