Network overview

Dow launched the Coolant Care Network to manage direct-to-chip liquid cooling using DOWFROST LC and DOWFROST HD heat transfer fluids, coordinating fluid supply, testing, data analysis and mitigation to protect uptime and reduce operational risk.

Operations and services

The network connects operators with Dow-approved service providers and qualified third-party laboratories for routine and advanced sampling and testing; test data are centrally reviewed through Dow systems while Dow technical specialists provide analysis, recommendations and escalation protocols, and approved providers offer in-field sampling, mitigation and fluid-health optimization.

Scope and rollout

Designed to scale globally, the program has initial engagement in North America with planned expansions in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific to support broader adoption of direct-to-chip and other advanced cooling technologies.
