Executive Changes
Camilla Salthe has been appointed as the executive vice president for Safety, Security, and Sustainability (SSU) at Equinor, effective January 1, 2026. She will succeed Jannicke Nilsson, who will transition to the role of chief procurement officer and senior vice president for procurement and supplier relations in Projects Drilling and Procurement.
Background and Experience
Salthe previously served as the senior vice president for the UK and Ireland in Exploration and Production International. She has been with Equinor since 2003, holding various senior leadership positions. Salthe holds a master’s degree in reservoir engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
