Professional Background
Schwab-Hautzinger has led BASF’s Corporate Communications & Government Relations unit since 2020. Before joining BASF, she held various international leadership positions at Roche in Switzerland and Germany, and at a strategic communications consultancy in Singapore. She studied at the universities of Mannheim and Waterloo, Canada, and earned her doctorate from the University of Zurich.
