Baerlocher establishes Baerlocher Germany GmbH & Co. KG
- Effective 1 July 2026, Baerlocher GmbH’s operational business transfers to Baerlocher Germany GmbH & Co. KG.
- The new entity is headquartered in Lingen and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Baerlocher GmbH, which will remain the Group holding.
- Baerlocher Germany will handle PVC stabilisers and specialty additives for the European sales region.
- Baerolub AID is offered as a PFAS‑free polymer processing aid family to support PPWR-driven replacement of PFAS in film production.
Restructuring and scope
Effective 1 July 2026, the operational business of Baerlocher GmbH will be transferred to an independent company, Baerlocher Germany GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Lingen. The new entity is a wholly owned subsidiary of Baerlocher GmbH, which will focus on its holding function. Baerlocher Germany will be responsible for business in Europe and specifically for the PVC stabilisers and specialty additives business units in the European sales region.
Customer continuity and leadership
The company states that customers will retain their usual points of contact and existing working relationships. Dr. Thomas Doege is named Managing Director of Baerlocher Germany GmbH & Co. KG, and the Group CEO Arne Schulle describes the change as a move to clearer responsibilities, greater transparency and more efficient decision-making.

Baerlocher highlights its Baerolub AID product family as a PFAS‑free alternative for polymer processing aids that supports high productivity in film production and helps customers address the PPWR requirement to replace PFAS.
