Leadership Changes

Alastair Judge has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, effective January 1, 2026. On the same date, Richard Pike, the current CFO, will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer while remaining on the Board as an Executive Director.

Streamlined Leadership

As part of the company's strategy to become more focused and efficient, the leadership team will be reduced from nine to six members, effective January 1, 2026. These changes aim to support the implementation of the company's strategic objectives.

Background of Appointees

Alastair Judge joined the company in 2018 and has held several leadership roles, including Finance Director and Interim CEO of Clean Air. He has extensive experience in finance and strategy, having worked at Unilever, Asda, and Avon Cosmetics. Richard Pike has a background in operations and general management, with experience in large manufacturing businesses like Pilkington plc and Associated British Foods plc.

Committee Roles

Upon joining the Board, Alastair Judge will succeed Richard Pike as a member of the Investment Committee and Societal Value Committee.
