Anna Nord Bjercke, CFO of Statkraft AS, will step down from her role to explore opportunities outside the company. Her resignation is effective from January 2026.
Interim CFO Appointment
Tone Aastveit Skuterud, EVP People, Organisation and Sustainability, will assume the role of acting CFO starting January 2026. Skuterud joined Statkraft’s Group Management in April 2025, bringing extensive experience from her previous roles at Telenor and Statkraft.
Professional Background
Skuterud has a strong background in finance and strategy, having served in various senior management positions at Telenor and Statkraft. Her qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from NHH.
Future Plans
Statkraft will soon initiate a recruitment process to find a new CFO. The company aims to continue its strategic focus and financial strengthening under new leadership.
