Board Nominations
AkzoNobel plans to nominate two Supervisory Board members for reappointment at its Annual General Meeting in April. Additionally, Robert Schuchna is proposed as a new Supervisory Board member representing Cevian Capital.
Term Details
Ester Baiget is nominated for a term ending at the 2027 AGM. Hans Van Bylen and Robert Schuchna are nominated for terms ending at the 2030 AGM, unless the proposed Axalta merger concludes earlier, in which case their terms will end at that time.
CFO Reappointment
Chief Financial Officer Maarten de Vries is also nominated for reappointment as CFO and member of the Board of Management at the AGM on April 23. His term will end at the 2027 AGM or upon the completion of the Axalta merger, if it occurs before this date.
