New Kilkenny Facility
The new 250,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility will be located in the IDA Business and Technology Park in Loughboy, Kilkenny, pending planning permission. This facility will significantly increase production capacity for Abbott's FreeStyle Libre technology for diabetes care.

The project is supported by the Irish Government through IDA Ireland. Taoiseach Micheál Martin and Tánaiste Leo Varadkar have both expressed their support, highlighting the creation of highly-skilled jobs and the boost to regional economies.
