Acquisition Details
On 1 January 2015, Reym B.V. acquired CLD in Delfzijl from Gebroeders Borg. The site, previously owned by Dow Chemicals (formerly Rohm and Haas), spans 6 hectares.
Site Utilization
Reym intends to relocate its Delfzijl branch to this site. The location will also host training activities and provide ample space for technological developments through the Reym Technologie Centrum.
Future Developments
Reym plans to construct a Waste Processing Plant at the new site in collaboration with its sister company ATM. This initiative aims to offer a comprehensive package of cleaning, transport, and waste management services for the Eemsdelta region, similar to their operations in the Botlek area in Rotterdam.
