China ZhenHua Oil Co., Ltd. is a state-owned Chinese oil and gas company founded in 2003. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of NORINCO and focuses on exploration and production, international trading, refining, storage, and transportation of crude oil and products.
Headquartered in Beijing, the company holds interests in projects across countries including Iraq, Kazakhstan, Syria, Myanmar, and the United Arab Emirates. In 2026, it acquired a 4% stake in the Bab Gas Cap concession in Abu Dhabi, operated by ADNOC Onshore, alongside partners including ADNOC, bp, TotalEnergies, CNPC, and INPEX.
