Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University is the academic cancer center for Emory University and Emory Healthcare, based in Atlanta, Georgia. It is Georgia’s only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Winship integrates basic, translational, and clinical research with multidisciplinary patient care across solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. The institute leads and participates in early- and late-phase clinical trials, population science and prevention programs, and workforce training for clinicians and scientists.
For research and industry collaborators, Winship offers expertise and infrastructure for the discovery, evaluation, and implementation of oncology therapeutics, diagnostics, and technologies, including immuno-oncology, targeted therapies, radiation oncology, and biomarker-driven precision medicine.
