The Vita group

The Vita Group is a UK-headquartered manufacturer of flexible polyurethane (PU) foam and related engineered foam solutions. Based in Manchester, the company traces its heritage to the former British Vita organization and operates manufacturing and conversion facilities across Europe.

Vita supplies a broad range of polyether and polyester PU foams, including high-resilience, viscoelastic (memory), reticulated, acoustic, filtration, and rebonded materials. Its products are used in furniture and bedding, automotive and transportation, industrial and packaging applications, as well as healthcare and hygiene. The group’s capabilities span foam production, formulation, cutting and conversion, laminating, and component manufacture. Vita also engages in foam recycling and the use of recycled polyols, supporting circularity and resource efficiency across its operations.
