Unimot Group Signs Preliminary Deal to Acquire Lotos Fuel Terminals and Bitumen Plants
The acquisition will make Unimot the third-largest fuel storage and second-largest bitumen seller, doubling its workforce and potentially adding PLN 70-100 million in annual EBITDA.
