TTEP is a joint venture between TotalEnergies and Energetický a průmyslový holding (EPH), established in April 2026 and headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is Europe's second-largest flexible power generation (flexgen) platform.
The company owns and operates flexible natural gas and biomass-fired power plants, along with battery energy storage systems (BESS), across Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, and France. Its portfolio includes 14 GW of capacity either installed or under construction, which generated nearly 30 TWh of electricity in 2025.
TTEP also maintains a 5 GW development pipeline and serves as the primary vehicle for both shareholders to expand flexible generation assets and large-scale battery storage in these five countries. TotalEnergies and EPH have tolling agreements allowing each to market their respective shares of production.
