TNT N.V.

TNT N.V., commonly known as TNT Post Group (formerly TPG N.V.), was a Netherlands-based mail, parcel, and logistics company. It operated domestic postal services through Royal TPG Post and delivered international express and freight services under the TNT brand, serving customers across Europe and worldwide.

The company originated from the Dutch national postal service (PTT Post), became TPG N.V. in the late 1990s, and adopted the TNT name in 2005. In 2011 it demerged into PostNL (mail and parcels in the Netherlands and select European markets) and TNT Express (international express). TNT Express was subsequently acquired by FedEx in 2016. While TNT N.V. no longer exists as a single listed entity, its former operations continue within PostNL and underpin FedEx’s European express network.
