TI Petroleum Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian upstream oil and gas company incorporated in 2017 and wholly owned by Terengganu Inc. Sdn. Bhd., serving as the state investment arm's energy subsidiary. It focuses on exploration and production activities, primarily through its joint venture TI Exploration & Production Sdn. Bhd. (TI EP) with Ping Petroleum.
TI EP holds a non-operated participating interest in the PM6/12 production sharing contract in Peninsular Malaysia. In June 2026, Dagang Nexchange Bhd, through its subsidiary Ping Petroleum, acquired a 20% equity stake in TI EP from TI Petroleum.
