Together for Sustainability (TfS) AISBL is a Brussels-based international non-profit association that unites chemical companies to advance sustainability across global supply chains. Established in 2011, TfS provides a common framework and shared tools to assess, audit, and improve suppliers’ environmental, social, and governance practices.
TfS runs two core programs: TfS Assessments (conducted by EcoVadis) and TfS Audits (on-site audits by approved, independent auditors). These cover environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and responsible procurement. Verified results are shared among members to reduce audit duplication, enable benchmarking, and support continuous improvement. TfS also develops practical guidance—such as its Product Carbon Footprint guideline—offers supplier capability-building and training, and promotes transparency and reduction of Scope 3 emissions across the chemical value chain.
