Together for Sustainability AISBL (TfS) is an international non-profit association registered in Belgium that brings together companies from the chemical sector to strengthen sustainability in global supply chains. Founded in 2011, TfS develops and maintains common standards, tools, and processes to evaluate and improve supplier sustainability performance across the industry.
TfS operates standardized supplier assessments and on-site audits—conducted by independent specialists and through a collaboration with EcoVadis—covering environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Results are shared among member companies to reduce duplication, increase transparency, and foster continuous improvement with suppliers worldwide.
Beyond assessments and audits, TfS promotes greenhouse gas transparency and decarbonization through its Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) Guideline and data-sharing solutions to support Scope 3 emissions management. The association also provides training and capability-building for suppliers. Its membership comprises global chemical and related industries committed to a common, globally applicable approach to responsible sourcing and sustainable supply chain management.
