SPETCO International Petroleum Company W.L.L. is a privately held Kuwait-based provider of oil and gas services, headquartered in East Ahmadi. Originally established as Safwan Petroleum Technologies Company W.L.L. in 2001 and renamed in 2012, the company delivers solutions across upstream and midstream operations, including well testing, artificial lift systems, production facilities, gas processing and power generation projects.
SPETCO operates primarily in the Middle East and North Africa. In December 2025, it entered a 15-year design-build-own-operate-maintain agreement with Petroleum Development Oman for the Budour Tayseer Gas Project, which will process sour gas to produce sweet gas, condensate and sulphur pellets.

Project will produce 2 MMSm³/day sweet gas, 950 m³/day condensate and 80 t/day sulphur pellets under a design-build-own-operate-maintain framework.
