Spanish food group formed in 2001 via merger of SOS Arana Alimentación and Cuétara. Specialized in edible oils (Carbonell, Koipe), rice and biscuits. Developed a 200,000 TPA biodiesel plant in Andújar (Jaén) circa 2006-2008 leveraging existing oil assets; project created 20-25 jobs with ~€35M investment. Restructured post-2008; biscuit unit sold, oil business evolved into Deoleo.
