Shine I Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios de Responsabilidade Limitada (Shine I FIDC) is a Brazilian receivables investment fund structured as a limited liability vehicle. As an FIDC, it is established to acquire, hold, and manage credit rights—such as trade receivables and other structured credit assets—originated by companies or financial institutions, under Brazil’s securities regulations.
By pooling and securitizing receivables, FIDCs provide an alternative funding channel within Brazil’s capital markets. While not an operating industrial company, Shine I FIDC can be used in financing structures connected to a range of sectors, including industrial supply chains relevant to the chemicals value chain.
