Seaway 7 AS is a Norwegian company headquartered in Oslo, specializing in offshore wind farm construction services. Formed in 2021 from the combination of Subsea 7's renewables unit and OHT ASA, it is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Subsea 7, operating autonomously.
The company provides engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI), transportation and installation (T&I), and balance of plant services for foundations, offshore substations, submarine cables, wind turbine generators, and floating systems. It also offers heavy transportation solutions using a fleet of 12 specialist vessels.
Active in the renewables sector since 2009, Seaway 7 has completed over 50 projects, installing more than 800 WTG foundations, 30 substations, and 2,500 km of inter-array cables for developers in Europe, Taiwan, and the US. It employs over 700 onshore staff and 400 offshore workers globally.
