Sama Salt Production Company LLC (Sama Salt) is an Abu Dhabi-based national company specializing in the production of high-quality natural sea salt. Operating extensive natural solar ponds spanning hundreds of hectares in the heart of the Abu Dhabi Emirate, the company currently produces over 250,000 tons annually, with plans to expand capacity beyond 2 million tons per year.
Sama Salt supplies various grades including industrial salt, drilling salt, and animal feeding salt, serving local and global markets across multiple industries. It has secured a 20-year salt supply agreement with TA’ZIZ to support polyvinyl chloride (PVC) production at the TA’ZIZ Industrial Chemicals Zone, contributing to the UAE's domestic chemical manufacturing ecosystem.
