About Sadara

Sadara Chemical Company (Sadara) is a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Dow that owns and operates a large integrated chemicals complex in Jubail Industrial City II, Saudi Arabia. Brought online in the mid-2010s, the site comprises more than two dozen world-scale manufacturing units supplying customers in the Kingdom and export markets.

Sadara’s portfolio spans basic and performance chemicals and plastics. Key value chains include polyurethanes components (such as polyols and related intermediates), propylene oxide and derivatives (including propylene glycol and glycol ethers), amines and other oxygenated solvents, as well as polyethylene grades for packaging and industrial applications. The integrated setup enables production of intermediates and specialties used across sectors such as packaging, construction, automotive, industrial, and consumer goods.

Headquartered in Saudi Arabia, Sadara distributes its output domestically and internationally and plays a central role in the development of downstream manufacturing in the Jubail industrial hub.
