Developing and set to operate the SABIC Fujian Petrochemical Complex (Sino-Saudi Gulei Ethylene Complex) in Gulei Petrochemical Industrial Park, Fujian, with up to 1.8 million tons annual ethylene capacity; startup expected Q4 2026.
