Roadrunner One, LLC is an affiliate of Infinium, a leading producer of commercial eFuels. It is developing Project Roadrunner, a large-scale synthetic fuels production facility located in Reeves County, near Pecos, Texas.
The plant, currently under construction, will produce approximately 23,000 tonnes per year (7.6 million gallons) of electro-synthetic sustainable aviation fuel (eSAF) and other low-carbon eFuels, including eDiesel and eNaphtha. These are manufactured using renewable electricity, captured carbon dioxide, and water via power-to-liquid (PtL) technology.
Project investors include affiliates of Brookfield Asset Management, Breakthrough Energy Catalyst, and Infinium. It has secured project financing from HSBC as sole lead arranger and lender, along with long-term offtake agreements with American Airlines and International Airlines Group (IAG). Operations are expected to commence in 2027, positioning it as one of the world's largest eFuels facilities.
