It develops artificial intelligence infrastructure and services, including plans for multi-gigawatt-scale AI-ready data centers. The company holds a 70 percent stake in Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Limited (REIL), a joint venture with Facebook Overseas Inc. (30 percent) established to promote enterprise AI adoption in India by integrating Meta's AI capabilities with Reliance's infrastructure and connectivity. In April 2026, Parminder Singh was appointed chief executive officer of REIL.
