Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Limited (REIL) is an Indian joint venture company established to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. It is 70% owned by Reliance Intelligence Limited and 30% owned by Facebook Overseas Inc. (Meta). The venture combines Meta’s AI capabilities with Reliance’s enterprise reach, AI compute infrastructure, and Jio connectivity to deliver sovereign and scalable AI solutions for businesses in India and beyond. In April 2026, Parminder Singh, formerly with Google, Apple, Twitter, and IBM, was appointed Chief Executive Officer.
