ReElement Technologies Corporation is a U.S. company focused on the refining and purification of rare earth elements and critical battery metals. Headquartered in Fishers, Indiana, it is a subsidiary of American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: AREC). The company employs modular chromatographic separation technology to process mineral ores, brines, coal byproducts, manufacturing waste, and recycled magnets and batteries into high-purity rare earth oxides.

Its activities support domestic supply chains for permanent magnets and electric vehicle components. In May 2026, ReElement formed a joint venture with POSCO INTERNATIONAL to develop rare-earth separation and purification capacity in the United States. The partners plan a two-phase facility with initial capacity of 3,000 tonnes per year, expanding to 6,000 tonnes, targeting neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, and terbium oxides, with later integration into magnet production. Pilot operations are targeted for late 2027.
