Real Madrid Foundation is the non-profit foundation of Real Madrid CF, based in Madrid, Spain. Established in 1997, it designs and implements social and educational initiatives that use sport—primarily football—as a tool for personal development, inclusion, and values-based learning.
The foundation operates social sports schools and programs for children and young people, including those in vulnerable situations and with disabilities. Its activities also extend to health, prison, and hospital programs, as well as international cooperation and coach education. Projects are delivered in collaboration with public institutions, NGOs, and private-sector partners, and are guided by a standardized training methodology focused on education through sport and long-term community impact.
