Refineria di Aruba N.V. (RdA) is a 100% state-owned state corporation (staatsbedrijf) of the Government of Aruba (Land Aruba). Established on October 1, 2016, RdA serves as the sovereign asset owner, landlord, and commercial administrator of the massive 1,000+ acre San Nicolas Industrial and Marine Terminal Complex on the southern coast of Aruba.
