About QCP

Quality Circular Polymers (QCP) is a European plastics recycling company that produces mechanically recycled polypropylene (rPP) and polyethylene (rPE) from post-consumer waste streams. Its materials are used in packaging, caps and closures, consumer durables, and other applications. QCP operates industrial-scale facilities in Sittard-Geleen (Chemelot), the Netherlands, and Evergem, Belgium.

Established as a joint venture between LyondellBasell and SUEZ (later Veolia), QCP is now a wholly owned subsidiary of LyondellBasell. The company sources post-consumer plastic feedstock through waste-management partners and supplies consistent, traceable grades for food-contact (where permitted) and non-food uses. Its recycled polymers are marketed by LyondellBasell under the CirculenRecover brand.
