Headquartered in Houston, Texas, and established in 2015, the company focuses on developing and operating petrochemical projects in North America. This facility would process ethane into ethylene and downstream products including high-density and linear low-density polyethylene.

PTTGC America is also advancing a mechanical recycling facility in Fayette County, Ohio, designed to convert used plastic beverage bottles into polyethylene terephthalate (PET) pellets for reuse in new products. This supports circular economy goals and aligns with the parent company’s sustainability targets, including a 20% reduction in CO2 emissions by 2030 and net-zero by 2050.

As part of the PTTGC group, which operates extensive olefins, aromatics, and refining capacities, PTTGC America facilitates the parent’s expansion into the US market by leveraging domestic shale gas resources.
