Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (PSE) is Poland's state-owned transmission system operator (TSO), responsible for the operation, management, and maintenance of the national high-voltage electricity grid.

As the sole operator of lines above 220 kV, PSE oversees more than 15,000 km of transmission lines and over 100 substations, ensuring reliable power supply across the country by balancing generation and demand in real-time, integrating renewable sources, and managing cross-border electricity flows.

Headquartered in Konstancin-Jeziorna near Warsaw, PSE provides transmission services to electric utilities, distribution operators, end users, and power exchanges, while maintaining the security and economic efficiency of the Polish Power System under a license from the Energy Regulatory Office.
