Ozark Materials, LLC is a U.S.-based manufacturer of pavement marking materials, specializing in products for roadway applications across the United States and Canada.
Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Greenville, Alabama, the company produces thermoplastic pavement markings, waterborne traffic paints, glass beads, and preformed thermoplastics. It serves state departments of transportation, civil and highway contractors, municipalities, counties, universities, airports, and other public- and private-sector customers.
With approximately 130 employees, Ozark Materials has built a reputation for quality, service, and operational excellence. Previously acquired by Ingevity in 2022, it was recently purchased by PPG Industries in April 2026 for $65 million to expand PPG's Traffic Solutions segment and North American capabilities.
