Oman Tank Terminal Company LLC (OTTCO) is an Omani midstream infrastructure operator owned by the Government of Oman through OQ. The company develops, owns, and operates large-scale crude oil storage and terminal facilities that support the country’s energy logistics and export capabilities.
OTTCO’s core assets include the Ras Markaz crude oil storage hub and storage and export facilities associated with the Port of Duqm. Services span tank farm operations and marine terminal interfaces for the import, export, and transshipment of crude oil, enabling reliable feedstock supply to refineries and facilitating regional and international crude trading. With deep-water access on the Arabian Sea and links to Oman’s industrial zone at Duqm, OTTCO plays a central role in the nation’s hydrocarbon logistics network.
