It also supplies selected chlorinated organics and intermediates used in water treatment, plastics, pharmaceuticals, and other industrial applications. OxyChem operates manufacturing facilities primarily in the United States and Canada and is among the largest U.S. producers of PVC and chlor-alkali products, serving construction, infrastructure, packaging, and consumer goods supply chains.
