Johnson Matthey appoints Julie Southern as Senior Independent Non‑Executive Director
Julie Southern joins the board as Senior Independent Director and NED from the AGM on 16 July 2026. Barbara Jeremiah and John O'Higgins retire; Sinead Lynch becomes Remuneration chair.
