O.G. Oil & Gas (OGOG) is a privately held upstream exploration and production company and the oil and gas investment arm of Ofer Global. The company acquires and develops interests in conventional oil and natural-gas assets, participating as an operator or through non-operated joint ventures.
OGOG is the majority shareholder of New Zealand Oil & Gas and holds indirect interests in Cue Energy Resources, providing exposure to producing fields and development projects across Australasia and Southeast Asia. Through partnerships with international operators, it pursues appraisal, development, and production programs in both onshore and offshore basins. By supplying crude oil, condensate, and natural gas, OGOG contributes to regional energy markets and provides feedstocks relevant to refining and petrochemical value chains.
