About NOVAGOLD

NOVAGOLD Resources Inc. (TSX, NYSE American: NG) is a Vancouver-based precious metals exploration and development company founded in 1984. The company focuses primarily on advancing the Donlin Gold project in Alaska, one of the largest known undeveloped gold deposits in the world.

NOVAGOLD holds a 60% interest in Donlin Gold LLC, with the remaining 40% owned by Donlin Gold Holdings (affiliated with Paulson & Co.). The project spans approximately 29,000 hectares in the Kuskokwim and Mt. McKinley districts and contains measured and indicated gold resources of about 39 million ounces. It is advancing toward development through a bankable feasibility study, expected in 2027, including engineering for a natural gas pipeline to supply the site's power plant.
