SINOPEC Northeast Oil and Gas Company (中国石油化工股份有限公司东北油气分公司) is a subsidiary of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) specializing in the exploration, development, production, and sales of petroleum and natural gas in Northeast China.

Headquartered in Changchun City, Jilin Province, the company traces its origins to 1980 when it was established as the Jilin Petroleum Census Battle Command Post. It underwent several restructurings, fully integrating into Sinopec in 2000 and reorganizing into its current form in 2008 through the merger of the Northeast Branch, Northern Exploration Branch, and East China Branch's Jilin Project Department.

Operating across Jilin, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, and Inner Mongolia provinces, it manages around 44-49 exploration and mining blocks covering approximately 111-149,000 square kilometers, primarily in the Songliao Basin and other basins. Proven reserves include over 53 million tons of petroleum and 6.54 billion cubic meters of natural gas. Notable achievements encompass the discovery of the Songnan Gas Field and ongoing advancements in tight oil, shale gas, and volcanic gas reservoirs.
