NNPC Gas Marketing Limited (NGML) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, incorporated on July 16, 2016. Formerly part of the Nigerian Gas Company Limited, it has over 40 years of experience in gas marketing and distribution, positioning it as Nigeria's largest company in this sector.

NGML markets and distributes natural gas to end-users nationwide and in regional African markets, serving commercial, power, and industrial sectors such as cement factories, CNG plants, manufacturing, textiles, and captive power companies. It operates Nigeria's largest pipeline network spanning 516 km and supplies piped natural gas (PNG), compressed natural gas (CNG), and liquefied natural gas (LNG) through strategic partnerships.

The company's mandate focuses on promoting natural gas utilization, monetization, and increasing its share in the domestic energy mix. NGML emphasizes sustainability with ISO-certified management systems and commitments to reducing carbon footprints.
