NeoVolta Power

NeoVolta Power, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company established as a joint venture to manufacture battery energy storage systems (BESS) in the United States.

The company operates its primary manufacturing facility in Pendergrass, Georgia, focusing on prismatic-cell battery pack assembly and DC container integration for utility-scale and commercial and industrial (C&I) applications. The plant has an initial annual production capacity of 2 GWh, with plans to scale up to 8 GWh.

NeoVolta Power is 80% owned by NeoVolta Inc. (NASDAQ: NEOV), a U.S. energy technology company, with the remaining 20% held by a U.S. subsidiary of PotisEdge, which is majority-owned by LONGi Green Energy. This structure supports compliance with U.S. domestic manufacturing incentives under the Inflation Reduction Act.

The company utilizes lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery technology and has entered into supply agreements, including a multi-year deal with SK On for U.S.-manufactured LFP cells. Production is scheduled to commence in mid-2026.

In the energy storage sector, NeoVolta Power contributes to expanding domestic BESS manufacturing capacity, helping meet rising demand for grid-scale energy storage solutions that support renewable energy integration and grid stability across the United States.
