Nigerian Agip Exploration Limited (NAE) is the deep‑water exploration and production subsidiary of Eni S.p.A. in Nigeria. The company focuses on offshore oil and gas activities, including exploration, appraisal, field development and production in Nigeria’s continental shelf and deep‑water acreage.
NAE operates and participates in assets governed largely by production sharing contracts with NNPC Limited and works in consortia with other international partners. Eni's subsidiary NAE acquires an additional 2.5% in OML 118, raising its share to 15%, aligning with its strategy to enhance its upstream portfolio in Nigeria.
