Marafiq, officially the Power and Water Utility Company for Jubail and Yanbu, is an integrated utilities provider serving the industrial cities of Jubail (Arabian Gulf) and Yanbu (Red Sea) in Saudi Arabia. The company develops, owns, and operates power generation and distribution assets; seawater desalination; potable, process, and demineralized water networks; steam and district cooling; seawater cooling systems; and wastewater collection, treatment, and reuse facilities. Marafiq supplies essential utilities to large industrial customers—especially petrochemical and refining complexes—as well as to municipal, commercial, and residential users in the two cities.
By centralizing critical utilities and environmental services, Marafiq underpins the reliability, efficiency, and growth of Saudi Arabia’s major petrochemical hubs.
