LOTTE Corporation

LOTTE Corporation is the holding company of the Lotte Group, a South Korean conglomerate headquartered in Seoul. Founded in 1967, it oversees more than 90 affiliates active in chemicals, retail, food, construction, tourism and finance.

Through subsidiaries including LOTTE Chemical, the group produces basic chemicals, advanced materials, petrochemicals and fine chemicals. It holds a 50 percent stake in Hantok Chemicals, a joint venture with Tokuyama Corporation that manufactures high-purity tetramethylammonium hydroxide for semiconductor applications.

As of 2026, the company continues to operate as a diversified chaebol with global presence while undergoing internal governance adjustments.
