Los Angeles Institute for Metabolic Research is a privately held clinical research organization based in downtown Los Angeles, California. It operates an outpatient facility at 1513 S. Grand Avenue, Suite 320, on the campus of California Hospital Medical Center.
The institute conducts Phase 1b through Phase 4 clinical trials investigating medications and medical devices for the treatment of metabolic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, overweight, and metabolic liver disease.
