Recent transactions include the 2026 completion of the acquisition of RadiciGroup's High Performance Polymers and Specialty Chemicals businesses—producers of polyamide polymers and chemical intermediates for automotive, electronics, consumer goods, and industrial applications—and binding agreements to acquire DOMO Engineered Materials, featuring the TECHNYL® brand of polyamide compounds (PA6 and PA66).
